Job description:Small refurb on 1st floor 1 bed flat: ~ Refit bathroom suite inc all plumbing, box in pipework, re-tile & paint walls, replace flooring, remove existing bathroom suite, tiles & cork floor from site ~ Refit small kitchen (door fronts only or complete units tbc), retile splashbacks, install electric built-in oven, gas hob, worktop, sink, plumb-in washing machine ~ Remove existing kitchen doors/units, sink, worktop from site ~ Supply electric & gas check certs ~ Some minor fixtures (eg bathroom accessories, mirror etc) ~ Most main items to be supplied to site by owner (bathroom suite, taps, oven, sink, hob, kitchen etc) so quote required for works inc sundry items (sealant, fixings grout etc) & some collection eg tiles from shop. ~ Requires initial discussion on sizes/number kitchen units/doors, tile quantity etc
