Job description:Remove bath, toilet & basin, install new 3 piece (all in same situ.) + waste & taps, with mixer taps on bath for overhead shower (repair leak which we believe to be on current mixer taps). (new suite bought separately.) Possibility of tiling and flooring if quote is within budget/ reasonable. Bathroom is small. Completion to include clean & tidy.
