Job description:A small bathroom; walls are in very poor condition, some are plasterboard and have not been plastered. Ventilation is also poor, so an extractor fan will be required. Existing pipework to be cut into the floor as they are currently exposed/boexed badly. New suite required and sink moved. New door also required.
