Job description:We want to change the bathroom from its current position (downstairs) and swap it around with the study (upstairs). We also want a cloakroom/toilet left downstairs, in order to do this a doorway will need to be bricked up, and another one made in a wall (not load bearing). We would also like all tiling completed as well.

Budget:£8,000 - £15,000
