Job description:Current toilet needs removing as broken. Sink/unit needs replacing. Don't like unit and would prefer a free standing sink. Small amount of tiling needs to be carried out. Would like existing pipe work to be hidden. Cloakroom quite small - approx 5 foot by 3 foot. Modern look required.
