Job description:Currently exists 1 house bathroom approx 10'x8'6" plus seperate toilet with total area of 3'6"x8'6" next door. Knock down stud dividing wall and rebuild wall further back. Re-site bathroom door and fit new door from bedroom to other. Fit shower [elec] wc and H/B to en-suite half plus move rad. In main house bathroom fit bath with shower over [supplied from existing tank], WC and H/B replace existing rad. Make good all walls etc. Tiling. All suites and tiles, taps etc supplied by ourselves.
