Job description:Old bathroom suite will need removing along with existing tiles (only wall adjacent to bath is tiled currently). I would like to replace the bath with a similar bath with a centrally mounted tap location. I would like a new shower fitted in the same location as the old one (old one looks old!) and a shower screen as well. I would like a vanity unit fitted next to the bath (same location as existing sink), which I have sourced along with the other units. Then next to the vanity unit I would like a unit build up (circa 700 wide x 300 deep x 110 high), where the hinden cistern will be housed for the toilet. I would like the whole bathroom tiled with 'studio' tile from B&Q, one feature wall with various colours and the rest in white. I need the roof skimmed flat with spot lights installed. An extractor fan is required as well as replacing the existing radiator with a towel rail, location with remain the same. None of the items have been purchased yet, but if fitter could provide trade discount for these items it would help! Thanks.
