Bathroom refub 11' by 6'6" approx in New Town

Job description:I would like to replace my current bathroom. It is approx 11' by 6'6" although it has a airing cupboard housing the boiler as part of this. I think it may need some re plastering as the plaster is very crumbly! I would need some design as there is currently a bath, sink and wc but I would like to add a shower cubicle if possible and replace the current fixtures (particularly I would like a traditional style roll top type bath). I think some tiling may be in order to stop the walls going the way they have this time?! New flooring needed as well. A complete refit really!
