Job description:Terraced house bathroom approx 2m x 2m. Currently has old fitted 3pc bathroom suite. Refurb required: Direct replacement toilet, sink & bath. Re-tile around bath/shower and sink. Bathroom is currently half tiled all round (apart from bath/shower), plan is to have painted. Replace radiator. Re-floor with tils or laminate TBC. Preparation i.e. removal of old tiles etc. can be arranged if required.
