Redesign of old bathroom and installation in Holywood

Job description:Would like to find out how much it would be to refurbish a bathroom and try and make more use of the space / interested in a wetroom possibly. It is a small bathroom in a terrace house. There is a boiler in the bathroom and I was wondering if this could be moved - the bathroom at the moment is basic a bath with an electric shower - but I would be interested to see if it could be moved around to have a shower space and bath. Also switching position of toilet and sink. Quite a small space so I would imagine that a shower would have to be a wetroom style to fit in. Thank You. At this point I am looking for ball park figures or rough estimates to see what the options are. Thank You
