Job description:The house is empty hence you will have a key and easy access. There is a decorator there at present but will have finished by end of August. The work needs to be complete by end of September. If required I can have the exisiting removed so there is a clean canvas to work with. I will buy all the materials so it is labour only. There is a Royal Doulton WHB and art deco bath and taps which I would like to reclaime for sale. Otherwise it is a simple bathroom replacement/design and an upstairs and downstairs WC pan/cisterna nd WHB replacement like for like.
