Replace terrible wet room shower grate & flooring in Earcroft

Job description:I have a ground floor, council fitted disabled access shower room. The room has step free access and has a recess in the floor of approx an inch with a drain which then has an awful metal grate sat over the top and perished vinyl over the remainder of the floor. I would like to replace all of the flooring and grate to turn the room into a modern wet room, either with tiling or vinyl. The room is approx. 2m square with proper drainage and soil pipe to outside under a concrete floor. The grate sits in the corner approx. 1m square. If the flooring can be rectified then I would like to have the whole bathroom replaced. New tiling, new toilet & free standing sink unit. Thanks for looking.
