Job description:jubilee bathroom - remove window and board over - remove bath and put toilet next to sink and put shower cublicle where toilet was. completely tile - false wood ceiling and tile/wooden floor if toilet cant be moved then put shower cubicle where bath was - fit expelair or similar.
