Job description:my bathroom is less than 7x7 ft, and the loo fills from the bottom. The cistern is not fitted securely to the wall, causing the filling mechanism to leak. Access to the shut off valve is ridiculously difficult. The loo needs to be replaced with a top-filling cistern and the plumbing updated accordingly. The tiling on the walls also needs finishing. The room was unfinished when I bought the house 8 yrs ago, and I have not had it finished since!
