Job description:Shower Tray - 1000 x 1000 with Cubicle will require remedial plastering around the shower area due to the removal of the existing one. Splash back tiling required. Shower Tray to raised on plinths to access waste pipe. New Shower to run off Combi-Boiler (Piping already plumbed in, Just requires fitting new shower) 2 piece close coupled WC Free standing bath with surround panel 1800 x 800 will require splash back tiles. Requires floor tiles removing and plywood. Floor boards require tightening down with new 150mm plywood base on top. New tiles will require fitting. Approx bathroom dimensions 15 ft by 7ft. Removal of small radiator to be replaced by a heated towel rail.
