Job description:Gut existing bathroom (6'x7') (skip supplied). Replace soaked floorboards. Supply and install new 30cdi minimum combi boiler (Worcester prefered) + 4 rad's with therm' valves and 22mm copper pipe. Dry line walls and plaster skim. Supply and fit extraction system. Fit new (supplied) bathroom suite (wc, sink with vanity unit and bath). Fit new (supplied) shower (water from Combi). Fit small cupboard in corner of bathroom for pipe work and electrics for backup shower. Shelves for storage tolietries and towels. Fit new 110/240V shaver socket. Install lighting (supplied). Tile whole bathroom (tiles supplied).
