Job description:BATHROOM REFIT - Remove and dispose of existing bath, shower, basin, toilet, radiator, mirror and tiling. Remove and dispose of tiled boxed section from full-length of rear wall and make good wall so flush with rear wall. To include plastering. Remove existing lighting. Make good floor boards where needed (e.g. under bath) Make good all walls as required. Install replacement radiator/towel warmer plus one extra radiator/towel warmer against far left edge of rear wall. Install matching toilet, concealed cistern, wash basin and fitted units along back wall. Tile behind basin and window sills. Install laminate style flooring. Install up to six low voltage, flush fit, halogen ceiling lights. Install Bathtek 8008A (or similar) steam cabin/shower/whirlpool bath. To include assembly, plumbing, wiring and ducted vent to outside. Connection to phone point not required. DOWNSTAIRS CLOAKROOM - Please quote separately assuming work done at same time as bathroom Remove and dispose of existing toilet, basin and flooring. Install matching basin/fitted unit and toilet. Install new laminate flooring. SUPPLY OF GOODS AND MATERIALS Bathtek 8008A (or similar) steam cabin/shower/whirlpool bath will be provided new and in packaging.
