Job description:we will provide the new wc, shower tray and shower screen. Old tray & screen will be removed. Pipework needed for wc as not one there at moment, however soil pipe can be taken straight out of wall, down side of house and into drainage already there. Pipework for plug hole in shower tray will need to be moved approx 20cm.
