Cloakroom/utility room to be created in Maryfield
Needed: Bathroom Specialist in Maryfield, DD4
Job submitted:Apr 8, 2009
Job description:Our first floor flat currently has a utility room plus an adjacent 'unfinished' room (due to be a 2nd shower room according to previous owners of flat, who never finished it). We would like to turn this into a single large utility/cloak-room. This will involve: - installing a toilet (the area has the down-pipe from toilets in flats on upper floors in the block running through it, so would be fairly easy to connect a new toilet outflow to); - installing a sink (plumbing is already in place for this, just a matter of adding the sink unit & connecting), - removing the wooden frame which was part of the structure separating the 2 rooms, stripping wallpaper in the utility room area, smoothing down the walls & filling in holes in the 'unfinished' area, then painting the whole room once unified.
Budget:I'm not sure
