Partition a room and install new bathroom in City Centre

Job description:Hello, My requirement is to create a new bathroom by sectioning off one end of a large bedroom in a traditional edinburgh flat. The room is currently approx 17ft x 11 ft, and I would like to section off approx 6 ft of the end of the room with stud walls to create a bathroom. Tiling would be required as well as plumbing in a new bathroom suite & shower over the bath. I've had plans drawn up by an architect and the planning permission for the conversion is approved. The room is currently inhabited but will be cleared for the work. Ideally I would like one builder to put up the stud walls and install the bathroom.
