Job description:Bath needs to be replaced, unsure if this means that tiles need to be done too. Considering replacement of toilet & sink. Water damage to ceiling area in window corner unsure if plaster work is affected. 2nd area of water damage is where the water tank is sited. This has caused the ceiling to bevel. Plaster work to be replaced. Overall painting & decorating will be required.Current state of bathroom makes it usable.
