Job description:replace existing shower unit, wc and basin with new shower enclosure, wc with vanity unit, basin with vanity unit, new wall unit and mirrir above basin, tiling and tiling floor. New units, tiles etc. to be supplied by us. detail as follows- PLUMBING WORK:- Strip out existing shower room Plumb in shower tray (as per layout) Disconnect existing shower valve Refit shower valve & kit after tiling work Plumb in semi-recess wash hand basin Install new 1750mm radiator towel rail Plumb in back to wall W.C. Plumb in concealed cistern Alter all drainage and supply pipe work Fit anti siphon basin trap Fit ballofix control valves to all supplies Remove all debris from site JOINERY WORK:- Install all fitted furniture at wash hand basin Fit top Cut out for semi-recess wash hand basin Install 600mm W.C. Base Unit Fit top (to be detachable) Fit tall cabinet (see plan) Plywood complete floor (prepare for tiling work) Fit hardwood threshold Fit new skirtings Fit glass shower enclosure (after tiling work) ELECTRICAL WORK:- Fit new centre light (supplied by client) PLASTERING WORK:- Repair walls inside shower if necessary (prepare for tiling work) Remove all plasterwork below and around window where necessary Replaster above area (prepare for decoration work by others) TILING WORK:- Tile inside shower area Tile complete foor Silicone seal enclosure, worktops, wash hand basin etc.
