Bathroom (1900x2000x2400H) Enter property and protect work area Isolate and set aside all utilities (1 ceiling light, 1 extractor) Remove artex textured ceiling coating Treat all areas with anti-microbial Re-artex ceiling Stain block walls Decorate ceiling (2x coats of white vinyl silk paint) Decorate walls (2x coats colour match vinyl silk paint) Supply and fit new extractor Re-fit and test utilities Clean and tidy work area
