Job description:This project has five works to it. We would need the first one to be completed by the 3rd of September. The remaining works can be completed before the end of November. The five works to the project: 1. the complete strip out and refit of the bathroom/w.c. including w.c. dormer refurbishment 2. the movement of radiators, including new radiators, removal of old radiators 3. the stripping out of the lining to the dressing room dormer and relining it incorporating insulations 4. the stripping out of the hall ceiling/chalet style roof and relining to incorporate insulations 5. the removal of the window board to the study to incorporate new soffit and insulation I will be buying the bathroom units including the wc, whb, bath, shower, faucets, radiator, shower screen, tiles, extractor fan, and lights. This is for a complete renovation of the bathroom. It is a small room with a leaning roof on one side and a dormer w.c.. The dormer will also need repairs to the tiling on the outside. I have plans and specification available and have received the ok from building control.
