Job description:4 weeks work already carried out before builder left! Remaining work consists of; Ensuite shower room - plaster wall, finish grouting/sealing, general finishing off. Family bathroom - stripped out ready for work to start. Installation of pre-purchased shower over existing bath, install new toilet and sink, plastering, installing under floor heating/radiator, tiling and very limited amount of plumbing/pipe work. Utility room & WC - stripped out ready for work to start. Finish off new door to garage, plaster, lay underfloor heating, tiling, install prepurchased toilet, sinks, and cupboards. Very limited amount of pipe work. Hallway - make good and tile. Electrics - very limited amount of work left including installation of underfloor heating controls, extractor fan control in family bathroom - maybe half or full days work.
