Job description:the bathroom is apprx 8ft 6ins x 6ft 6ins. It has been replastered ready for fitting of suite and furniture. We require showerbath, washbasin with cupboard and toilet/cistern with unit to be fitted and a new thermostatic shower (recessed - pipes will be in airing cupboard). We also require a new radiator to be fitted - the connection pipes to be moved about 3ft. The wall and floor area are to be tiled. The wall tiles are about 10insx14ins and floor tiles 600mmx600mm (only 6-8 floor tiles to be laid). We will be providing all materials, and require a quote for labour only.
