Job description:We have a room 4.5m by 3m which currently has just a sink, which we want to convert into a full batroom with toilet, bath and shower plus new sink, with tiled floor and walls. The house is grade II listed, but we already have consent to do this conversion, but are not permitted to replace the existing 3inch waste with a full 4inch waste. We are looking for a company to work with us on the design, and to undertake the installation work. We need the job completed by mid May this year. We have not set a budget but are looking for a good looking design offering good value.
