Bathroom and en suite refresh in Bridges

Job description:The minimum work needed is to tile the floors (currently carpet) and make sure the shower cubicles are sound in the main bathroom and the en suite. The en suite cubicle is currently leaking and looks like the base of it needs repairing/replacing. I would also like to make sure that the bathrooms dry out properly. The heating in the is electric radiators without timers, so I would like a solution with timers, whether it's the same radiators with a timer, or preferably underfloor heating or timed towel drying radiators. The shower cubicles, the toilets and the sinks are fine, apart from the cubicles potentially needing re-fitting. It's a new build flat. I would like to have an estimate of what I can do with my bathrooms for a budget of £2000 to £4000.
