Job description:This is for an insurance claim, so the budget mentioned next does not really apply. The grout in the shower seems to have failed and the water has seeped behind causing damage to the ceiling below. I need someone to inspect the cubicle to see if all the tiles have to be replaced/resealed. The floor tiles are also showing signs of water seepage. The ceiling below the cubicle has some minor damage and this needs repairing.
