Job description:The bathroom in flat (fourth floor -Ingram Street) needs complete replacement. The bathroom is small in area (the width of bath) with toilet and handbasin. Compact suite required. Laminate ceiling with downlights required (if possible). Floor and wall tiling also required with existing tiling to be removed. Existing plumbing is in good order. Approximate size of bathroom 6 foot by 6 foot.
