Job description:I require a new ceiling with 4 spotlights, and a new extractor fan. I would also like all of the walls tiled. Some tiling is required on the floor (3/4s of the floor is already tiled). The bath needs to be removed and a shower enclosure, tray and shower fitted. I also require a heated towel rail and mirror. The toilet and sink will remain. The flat itself is a new build.
