Job description:1) small internal bathroom - bath, basin, WC (would consider bath/ shower for refurb). 2) small en-suite shower room - shower, basin, WC. Both rooms need gutted and refurbished with up to date bathroom equipment. Property value is only 130k so I don't want or expect to use top of the range fittings, I just need something simple and modern (e.g. white fittings/ wall tiles with contrasting surfaces around sink etc. with dark/ black floor tiles. I have been living in Brussels for the last 2years and I return to my flat in Glasgow on April 1st and I want to start the job soon after that if possible.
