Job description:I will be buying the bathroom suite, flooring and tiling myself and so would only need to have the installation and re-decorating done. Work required:- Replace old bath, wall mounted shower, sink and toilet. Replace old radiator with a towel radiator. Remove wall tiles and re-tile with new ones or tile over the old ones if possible. Replace floor lino with new one. Re-box pipework behind sink and toilet. Replace skirting board. Fit Ceiling cladding and attach down lighters .
