Job description:I'm renovating a small flat in a classic stone tenement. I want to move the kitchen from the back room to the front room (in between these rooms are an internal shower room and an internal utility cupboard. Some of the existing plumbing will need to be removed and new hot, cold and waste water pipes supplied and connected for the new sink. I also want the necessary facilities for a washing machine to be fitted in the utility cupboard. I have drafted drawings etc for my application to building control. Initially (and in an effort to get my proposal past building control first time), I would like a plumber to have quick look over my plans and suggest any alterations which they think would be advisable. I also need a quote and for the work and for the work to be completed rapidly after approval is obtained.
