Removal of tiling, bathroom suite, shower, radiator and replace with new in Abbeymead

Job description:Complete refurb of bathroom, room size approximately 2.8m x 1.7m. Removal of tiling (covered floor to ceiling), re-plaster / board if required. Removal of existing bathroom suite and dispose. New bathroom suite installed including taps (standard bath size, sink on pedestal and toilet) in same locations, however, bath to be rotated 180 degrees so taps at same end as shower, please note existing shelf on side of bath (currently flat) to be raised and sloped with marine ply to create run off for water which currently collects and leaves mold on sealant. Radiator to be removed from current location and new towel rail to be installed on adjacent wall behind door. Waste pipe of toilet to have boxing reinstalled around it as it currently has. Walls to be tiled from floor to ceiling with 330 x 250mm ceramic tiles and floor to be tiled with 400x400mm ceramic tiles (min 18mm marine ply to be installed on existing floor prior to tiles being laid) flexible adhesive to floor, adhesive to wall and ply to be provided and used by tradesman. Two existing small alcoves along one wall to be covered over to create flat wall, other alcove on adjacent wall to be kept to leave an area for ornament etc. New shower to be installed in place of existing, voltage of new shower to match existing. Other electrics include new strip light above sink area to include a shaver point, therefore, existing shaver point seperate on adjacent wall to be removed, new ceiling light to be installed. Two wall cabinets, new toilet roll holder, towel ring, shower screen, waterproof window roller blind to be installed on completion of tiling to walls. One stand alone thin tall cabinet to be placed in the bathroom (in the location of existing radiator) which will need fixing to wall to stop it toppling over. Please note this bathroom has the only toilet within the house, therefore, the existing toilet would need to be connected each evening after working day until new toilet has been fixed and is useable. ALL MAIN MATERIALS (TILES, BATHROOM SUITE, CUPBOARDS, SHOWER, SHOWER SCREEN & BLIND, TOILET ROLL HOLDER ETC) TO BE SUPPLIED BY CUSTOMER, THEREFORE QUOTES TO INCLUDE FOR LABOUR, PLANT, ADHESIVE, PLYWOOD ONLY
