Job description:Our bathroom was installed 20+ years ago (by previous owners). Shower tray has recently split (accidental damage). We are looking for an estimate for the replacement of the shower tray (which is not straightforward as embedded under a partition wall between the shower and bath), and another estimate for the replacement of units / redecoration of the remainder of the room. The Shower estimate would be needed for insurance purposes, but insurance company have provisionally agreed that a cash settlement could be made, thus contributing towards the overall cost. Overall size of room approx 3m x 2m. Bath, shower and basin (WC in separate room - previously replaced). Bathroom is currently tiled. Will require re-tiling or alternative wall covering.
