Job description:Job 1: Need downstairs cloakroom fitted in cupboard under stairs - there are already taps for a washing machine, need toilet and basin installed, walls and floor tiled, electric light fitted and alternative door fitted. Budget - no more than £1000 - is this possible? Job 2: Upstairs bathroom needs complete refit - old suite (bath, toilet, basin) needs removing, need new toilet and basin and would like new shower cubicle (to replace bath)with power shower. Also want heated towel rail, new bathroom window fitted and floor and walls tiled. Bathroom is very small, so design will need to be inventive. Top budget for bathroom - £3000
