Job description:To strip out old bathroom (shower with tray, bath, wc, sink and remove old tiles)and refit with new equipment to be supplied by me (shower enclosure & tray & valve & head, corner bath, basin in vanity unit and WC) fit new chrome radiator, replace ceiling with new downlighters, replace boarding on floor. Aqua panels to be fitted in shower enclosure, floor to ceiling tiling 300 x 200mm tiles for rest. Floor tiles also. Tiling 25 sq yds. Bathroom is of sound construction.
