Job description:There is a possibility that the ceiling will have to be replastered. We would like to replace the existing floor and wall tiles and the bath tub. Perhaps the sink and the its cabinet too. There are no architectural drawings as there will be no stuctural changes. We will probably supply the tiles and the bath tub.
