Shower tray to be replaced and investigate leaks in Belle Vale

Job description:Problem with shower: The plastic shower tray is flexing away from the seal when someone steps on to it and puts pressure on it. This is causing water to run behind the seal and leak through the dining room ceiling in several places. There is also a suspected leak from the waste pipe leading down from the plug hole in the shower tray. We need someone to take out the existing shower tray and find where the leak(s) are coming from, fix the leaks and replace with a new shower tray. This is quite urgent as our house is sold and someone will be moving in over the next few weeks.
