Job description:Construct partition wall in main bedroom to form en-suite. Cut through into adjoining bathroom to form shower area in new en-suite and make good. Install new en-suite (toilet, sink, shower, towel rail, lighting, extract fan, and tiling). Install replacement radiator in bedroom and new door to en-suite. Install new bathroom suite in adjoining main bathroom and erect partiition wall due to adjoining extension of en-suite (bath/shower, sink, toilet, radiator, lighting and all tiling). Make good all floorboards where necessary. Property is Grade II listed, so care and attention to detail required. Customer to supply all bathroom fittings, except building materials for new stud walls, door, floorboards, ceiling, etc. New en-suite would be 2m x 1.4m approx. and main bathroom is 2m x 3.5m approx.
