Job description:Bathroom, approx 3.5x2.5m. Layout of sink, toilet, bath/shower would remain unchanged. Would like shower chased into wall if possible. Shower rail to replace current small radiator. Need new radiator installing which would need additional plumbing as on opposite side of room. All sink/bath/shower/toilet/etc need installing and plumbing. Ceiling: four recessed lights needed; also needs skimming and painting. Also need to be built: cupboard to house compact tumble dryer (with power supply to outside bathroom) and extra storage space. Tiling: floor (with undertile heating) and around three walls (though only to approx half-height away from bath/shower area), and two steps that lead down to bathroom. Walls: made good and painted where not tiled.
