Job description:Old (tired but functional) bathroom removed and new one installed in one bedroom Victorian ground floor flat. New tiling on floor and walls, move electric shower, build wooden cupboard and install new sink and toilet. May need to replace skirting boards but bath should remain. size of bathroom is small (6feet by 6feet approx). Plumbing to stay as is, with new pipe (probably in ceiling) for shower as this needs to move to the other end of the bath. Budget is not including materials.
