Remove old shower/vanity, replace with bath and wall basin in Lindley

Job description:We are looking for quotations on the removal of a cubicle shower (including electric shower) and a vanity from our upstairs bathroom, and replacing them with a small bath (pref. with shower attachment to tap and a screen) and a wall-mounted hand basin. There will be tiling required to surround the bath and above the basin, and we would need the floor beneath the shower cubicle checked for soundness. The bathroom is functionally 168.5cm wide and 183.5cm deep. If possible we would like to retain the toilet as it exists in the current location (corner behind the door) as the previous house owners installed the tank in the loft and we like this arrangement. The existing tiles in the shower cubicle and above the sink will need to be removed and we would like the floor to be refinished from the existing cork tiles to a water-resistant textured tile of some description. We no longer require an electric shower at all.
