Job description:Remove and dispose of existing suite and tiles. Replace with basic white suite and approx 6sq yards of tiles around bathroom. Replace floorboarding and boxing around bath. Bathoom is quite shoddy and there has been a leak which may mean the floorbaord may need replacing. Need simple bath WC and pedestal basin.
