Job description:Client has written specification detailing job scope and bathroom fittings preferred. Can fax or Email upon request, or better still pop round to survey job and chat to me. I need assistance in selecting bath suite, tiles, etc. Job will include complete removal of existing suite, and all plumbing, plastering, painting, tilting and electrics associated with new installation. Customer prepared to pay a good price for a quality job completed to his satisfaction by a time-served local tradesperson. You must be out there somewhere, this is a small bathroom job but I've an eye for quality and detail which should not deter the true experienced professional whoever you are! Customer prepared to pay a 10% completion bonus if all aspects of the job are done to his satisfaction and the snag list is promptly cleared. I want someone who can take the time to do the job well and not cut any corners, or clear off leaving the job half done. To that end I will not haggle on price or run a Dutch auction between two tradesmen. Commercial terms: A fixed price quotation in writing after survey and discussion is required. Subject to agreement: 10% with job booking, 40% upon proof of ordering major materials, 50% upon job completion + 10% bonus if applicable. Job to be scheduled early Jan 2009.
