Job description:Remove existing bathroom suite. Explore where leaking has taken place around the bath tiles which are bulging out of wall approx 4 tiles. Renew or replace tiles with wet wall effect. Remove polystyrene ceiling and plaster same.(there is an existing shower over the bath which is satisfactory & does not require renewing, it will remain in place)
