Job description:Shower Room Check for rising damp, strip all plasterwork back to the stone and check all ok and no rot Replaster and tile ceiling, walls and floor (tiles TBA but most likely porcelain ) Remove air pipe from toilet and fit valve Retain exising layout, replacing all sanitary ware - concealed cistern toilet, shower basin, shower door, small sink (client to approve/source) Fit electric shower, hand towel rail, extractor fan (12 volt) To replace existing bathroom with ceramic or porcelain tiles. replace all sanitary ware (bath, loo, sink) fit new taps, shower head, electric towel rail etc. Tiled throughout. Quote to be split for labour and materials
