Job description:Install a new bathroom suite in a small apartment in SW3. The bathroom is about 1.8m x 2.5m, and the current bath/shower, loo and sink all need replacing. In addition, we need to replace the water heater in the adjoining cupboard (other side of a stud wall) The current bathroom is clean and dry but tired. It will need to be removed and the walls & floored tiled once the suite is installed. In addition, the one bed flat needs redecoration once the bathroom is fitted which we are currently assuming is a separate job.
