Job description:Removal of existing bathroom: - toilet - sink - corner bath - quadrant shower cubicle Removal of tiling: - Walls - approx 20 sq.m - Floor - approx 3 sq.m Removal and seal of radiator Fitting new bathroom: - toilet (relocated - nearer outside wall) - washstand / vanity unit - counter top basin (relocated) - bath - walk-in shower cubicle Fit underfloor heating (approx 3 sq.m) Fit extractor fan Tiling (possibly tumbled travertine): - Walls - approx 20 sq.m - Floor - approx 3 sq.m Fit new radiator (relocated) Replace light fittings (4 spots - new fittings in existing locations) Adjust bathroom door to open outwards rather than inwards (and possibly reduce width of doorway)
